Kristin is a Colorado Springs, CO native and a graduate of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Sciences, and a Minor in Sociology. She was an NCAA Division 1 Collegiate Athlete, competing as an All-Around gymnast. She has her name in the school record books for the All-Around and Vault, and garnered All-America and All-Conference Honors all 4 years. She was awarded USAG Gymnast of the Year her senior year and was selected as ECAC Conference Gymnast of the week multiple times in her career. After a successful gymnastics career, she now resides in Richmond, VA and is a gymnastics team coach and choreographer.
